Dominique Samari is an experienced strategist, coach and facilitator. Samari specializes in designing and facilitating processes that help organizations build and sustain equitable change.
Samari co-founded P3 Development Group in 2011. She has developed and managed inclusion efforts and initiatives both locally and internationally. Previously, she served in key international development management positions for the US Department of State’s Rule of Law Program in Afghanistan. There she designed and implemented culturally relevant strategies and training opportunities to build the capacity of over 2000 Afghan criminal justice professionals. She has also spearheaded projects aimed at developing collaborative cross-sector solutions, including the design and launch of Imagine MKE, a diverse coalition created to connect and support the arts and culture sector in Milwaukee, WI.
Samari received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School. Prior to working in Afghanistan, she served as criminal court commissioner for the City of Milwaukee. Trained as an attorney, Samari began her career as a criminal trial lawyer for the State of Wisconsin.
